Sleeping positions with partner
Relationship experts and couple therapists have been having a go at your sleeping positions and what it means to your relationship. According to experts, your sleeping position with your partner could be related to underlying relationship issues or denote a strong relationship!
According to sleep experts and psychologists, your sleep position on the bed is like tea leaves. They can predict if you will get married, if you can sustain your marriage or if it’s time to move on with 100% accuracy.
Here is an extract from Cosmopolitan that tells you how why you should not take your sleeping position as a couple lightly!
This says you’re independent or have a desire to be more separate. If you’re typically snugly sleepers though, this position could be a red flag that something isn’t right, whether that means stress at work or an untold secret.
That said, many people start out snuggling to warm up or show affection, then gravitate toward opposite sides of the bed for a random reason — it could be because your partner has sharp toenails, kicks in his sleep, or moves around too much, or because you get hot when you sleep skin to skin.
Also worth noting: Some couples actually get along better when they stop trying so hard to snuggle all night — probably because it can enable you to sleep more soundly and without interruption, which improves your interactions the next day.
Holly Walsh from the UK, took a rather creative view of a how couples sleep and decided to predict their relationship. Her work was published on SadandUseless.com. Hey, if you can believe that a parrot can tell you if you will get married next month, better start believing Holly! Here is what she published.
